As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer of KPIOS, I am in
charge of Maintenance & Services team for pipe Mill
Factory, Coating factory & John Pickle Middle East
Pressure Vessels manufacturing facility.
Plan, review maintenance work procedure for each
factory.
Implementation of preventive maintenance plan,
predictive maintenance & corrective maintenance work
procedure.
Preparing monthly & annual maintenance & breakdown
reports containing analysis & statistical process.
Preparing the Risk assessment matrix for each
manufacturing factory and supervising its
implementation process.
Developing ABC categorization plan for critical handling
equipment's according to the production process.
Identifying the critical parts accordingly ABC plan &
ensure there are available on stock.
Ensuring maintenance department to achieve functional
objective for each work order.
Reducing the total number of machine break down for
each working order.
Optimization of maintenance budget, manpower, spare
parts for each work order.
Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall quality control of
the company provide advises & suggestion to improve
quality control at company & assist project manager to
achieve the target with respect to quality issues & ISO 2009:2015.
GLOBAL, I am in charge of a maintenance & services
team working in Kuwait dealing with Oilfield
equipments services to our clients Oil & Gas
exploration in Kuwait.
Responsible for providing technical assistance to
maintenance personnel in diagnosing,
commissioning, troubleshooting, and eliminating
equipment problems of Oilfield equipment, including
Cementing, Pressure Pumping, Coiled Tubing, and
Nitrogen equipment, etc.
Complete the Pre-Delivery inspected (PDI) of oilfield
equipment, and follow up the on-site environment.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA' s)
implemented to the required levels.
Responsible for collecting the purchase information
and feedback of spare parts and equipment, and
applying the purchase process.
Collect customers' feedback to evaluate the feasibility
and maintenance requirements of designs or
applications.
Renewed service and maintenance record timely.
Scheduling PM & CM as per the ISO-
Prepared preventive maintenance plan and supervise
all maintenance activity.
Supervising Risk assessment matrix plan & scheduling
Pm & CM as per ISO-2009-2015.
Performed installation & commissioning of GE- USIP40, UNITEK- AUT-18.( Ultrasonic Machine)
Performed troubleshooting of all leading VFD's,
electrical motors AC/DC & Pumps.
Strong hands on experienced in programming
Siemens S-700 series PLC, SCADA, HMI.
Performed calibration for welding machines
(SAW/TIG/MIG), generator, flux heating ovens,
electrodes ovens as per the calibration procedure.
Repaired CNC machines, welding controller, VFD's.
Supervising maintenance technician in
troubleshooting.
Preparing list of critical spare parts to avoid any kind
of savior breakdown.
Analyzing the breakdown reports and preparing
corrective maintenance action for prevention.
Calculating and keeping record of the total power
consumption of the factory.
Expertise in understanding and implementing designs
from technical drawings.
Inspected electrical components during and after the
product installation.
Performed commissioning & servicing of automation
system.
