• Performs financial performance and trending analysis of the company’s key financial indicators (i.e. revenues, operating cost & expenses, etc.) by comparing them to last week, month and year performance

• Identifies trends in financial performance and provides recommendations for the improvement of the company

• Investigates and report to the CFO and manager any inconsistencies or improprieties. (i.e. unusual expenses incurred).

• Performs financial forecasting and variance analysis of actual results vs forecasted (weekly, monthly and yearly) to be reported to the CEO, CFO and Directors

• Calculate and post a range of month end journal entries, including accruals, pre-payments and re-charges, ensuring management accounts accurately reflect the business performance

• Monitors and analyzes cost drivers of each companies (i.e. labor cost, events cost, freelance cost, production cost & etc.)

• Works with Directors, Finance and Sales department to help make financial decisions.

• Prepares ad-hoc financial analyses/reports

Participates in developing and/or improving standard financial reports for forecasting, trending and result analysis

•Prepares complex financial information and interprets data for determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.

•Applies a working knowledge on various software application, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical and graphical correspondence to put together, manipulate and format data.

•Analyzes budget adjustment and other cost improvement measures.

•Prepares daily/weekly/monthly periodic reports

•Prepares ad-hoc financial analyses/reports

•Reconciles accounts requested by the client

•Contributes in the development and reviews of certain financial and non-financial Key Performance Indicators.

Creates the following accounts in SAP:

•Vendor
•Customer,
•GL Account
•Profit Center
•Cost Center
•and Others

• Assists users in addressing errors concerning SAP.

• Maintains the validity, accuracy and completeness of data inside SAP

• Extracts/Downloads of data in SAP used for review and analysis

•Consolidates all Financial Statements of 25 companies on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

•Monitors and analyzes cost drivers of each companies (i.e. labor cost, fuel cost etc.)

•Monitors and analyzes the Cash Flow of 20 companies

•Prepares other report and analysis based on the data given by the Finance team.

•Creates annual budgets for 20 companies based on plans given by the management.

•Coordinates with other members of the Finance team to review financial information and forecasts.

•Conducts financial feasibility/project evaluation to assist in management’s decision-making

•Performs ad-hoc reports given by the director, president and chairman
