+ The issue and control of the ATO training procedures manual \[TPM\] and distribution thereof as per the South African Civil Aviation Authority \[SACAA\] requirements.
+ The appointment and evaluation of each key staff member. ATO qualification acceptance criteria for the post, including but not limited to prospective flight, flight simulator and ground instructors. Ensure that each key member post is filled at all times.
+ The overall Safety of all flying training operations for Students and Flight Instructors supervised by a Grade I or Grade II Flight instructor at all times.

+ Controlling the company finance with regard to security, distribution and budgeting of company funds by ensuring funds received are banked; any cash kept on the premises is stored securely; payments due to creditors are paid timeously; funds have been allocated and budgeted for in accordance with the company business plan.
+ The compliance with the OHSA.
+ For ATO student administration, or dedicate a responsible person to undertake this task, to engage in writing a contract with each student for training and financial obligations.
+ Implementation, of the Flight School’s policies, on a daily basis in consultation with the Chief Flight Instructor.
+ Direct supervision of the company by monitoring the performance of all other staff members and establishing monitoring and adjusting standards of performance of all staff.
+ Ensuring that the company at all times complies with South African Civil Aviation Authority \[SACAA\] requirements and stipulations relevant to the company’s sphere of operations by, keeping abreast of pertinent regulations, and changes and amendments to these.
+ Communication and liaison with SACAA on behalf of the company, as per Annual Audits.
+ Safety oversight of all ATO operations
+ The co-ordination and management of a Safety Management System
+ The monitoring and implementation of the annual safety plan
+ Verify, by monitoring activities in the field of training, that the standards as established by the ATO and any additional requirements of the Director are being carried out properly.
+ Responsible for ensuring that the quality assurance system is properly implemented, maintained and continuously reviewed and improved.
+ Responsible for ensuring monthly audits relating to the quality assurance system is conducted.
+ Air Charter Broker; Liasion with different charter Clients and Aircraft Operators to Scehdule Charter Flights as per Clients' Schedule, Catering and arranging flight permits, where necessary and generally to ensure the best customer satifaction.
+ Salesman selling advert space for Advertising in startup Community Newspaper and marketing the Video Production services for Video recording and CD production of events.
