• Partnering with business leadership and HR leads to develop and implement
new strategies to achieve the organization objective, identify
required workforce, build morale and increase productivity and retention via
system Oracle.
• Preparation of performance and succession planning activities to identify top talent
and develop succession plans ( CPD Program )
• Reviewing, developing, and improving HR processes & procedures.
• Plan and implement a range of HR initiatives and specific projects within agreed
timescales and budgets to support the delivery of both HR and the proponent
objectives.
• Coaching and mentoring HR employees identify areas of training improvement
along.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day
management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Recruiting (Overseas, Local, outsources) but not limited to sourcing via search engines and
social network, Screening CVs, scheduling interviews and job offer negotiating
• Consulting with leaders to identify challenges and delivering solutions and/or
engaging with other parties within HR to provide necessary expertise.
• Creating job descriptions for new hires.
• Act as an advisor and provide solutions to a diverse range of complex HR related
problems.
• Collecting HR monthly figures and data for HR monthly reports.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate
supervisor/manager.
• Onboarding & Offboarding management.
