Accommodation Supervisors -execution of relievers in case of absence and change schedules.
• Preparation of LPO, quotations, requisition orders and company ID’s for all staff.
• Supervision the recruitment of new staff, including test and orientation
• Coordinating with clients on security personnel attendance, absences and relievers
• Maintains and controls employees file, contracts for clients and employees, personnel attendance and absences, vacation leave, passport releases and cancellation documentations
• Company representation to clients, suppliers for proposals and presentations
• ISO preparation, presentation and audit, acting management representative
• Sending and receiving documents through courier service.
• Provide assistance to the Finance Manager and Finance Department.
• Receive and screen calls for the Finance Manager and Financial Department.
• Making international calls and transferred as requested by the Finance Department.
