Responsibilities:
• Managed the relationship of designated portfolio of no less than QR 2 Billion assets & QR 1 Billion liability; build the portfolio quality and profitability by developing existing accounts and sourcing new relationships.
• Focus on business development across all products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues & improved customer loyalty.
• Provided regular credit reviews to evaluate credit worthiness to propose appropriate facilities structure, securities & pricing.
• Formulate outbound & inbound sales plan to acquire new HNI clients/Retail clients for increasing customer base of the portfolio.
• Developed effective business strategies to meet budgeted balance sheet and bottom line figures of the banking.
• Negotiated terms and conditions and prepared credit applications for new loan facilities for corporate banking clients; identified and finalized new business with complex transactions nature.
• Propose and apply the Banking Solutions for the real estate developers companies in compliance with government guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Monitor provision process and to follow up in turning distress assets into active by applying number of solutions including (restructuring / follow up on stuck-up receivables / following up on payments / legal system)
• Maintain updated knowledge on Barwa bank’s guidelines for its internal policies and procedures to mitigate financial loss and fraud within the bank.
• Track changes in the market place and fine tune marketing and credit management strategies to leverage emerging opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate competition in the market and provide required strategic inputs for management decision making.
• Maintain quality service for all customers, expanded existing relationships, monitored relationship profitability and drove revenue growth.
• Monitor team’s adherence with credit policies, guidelines & quality standards; ensured all compliance and regulation is adhered to in accordance with bank policy.

Accomplishments:
• Catalyst role in handling two of the Qatar largest and sensitive corporate relationships and high net worth accounts from renowned and royal families.
• Oversaw the end to end Financing number of
o Major contracts in the market related to Qatar Rail projects, Ashghal project, Barwa Real Estate, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior & QP.
o major projects related to Barwa Real Estate namely “Barwa Real-estate Warehouse for QR590Mln”, “Barwa Al Barah for QR 500Mln”, Qatar Armed Force “Military Stores” for QR 700Mln”, Ministry of Interior building for QR 550Mln”, etc.
o Istisna’a deals followed by Ijara transaction.
o Istisna’a deal followed by dimension Musharaka.
• Successfully exceeded the projected target by almost 130% for consecutively last 3 years and was rewarded for same.
• Booked 12 new clients every year in asset side with total limit value of QR 2.55Bln and booked 8 clients in liability side with total deposit of QR 1.2Bln.

• Pivotal role in building a portfolio of QR 1.2Bln (QR 700Mln assets & QR 500Mln liability)
• Appended one of the most VVIP account to the bank with total exposure of QR 300Mln booked under Private Banking.
• Acknowledged and rewarded for Demonstrated exceptional performance in meeting and over achieving the revenue targets
