Installation, configuration, repair and maintenance of motor operated valves (MOV).
Maintenance, repair and calibration of: - TANK GAUGING SYSTEM (TGS), including and not limited to: - * GUIDED WAVE TRANSMITTER * CAPACITANCE LEVEL TRANSMITTER * NEUCLONIC DENSITY PROFILER (NDP) * ULTRASONIC MEASUREMENT (HONEYWELL) * RADIOACTIVE SOURCE (gamma rays) for LEVEL MEASURMENT.
MEASUREMENT (OIL & GAS METERING SKID) which include: - * OMNI FLOW COMPUTER (EMERSON)* GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY * TUBINE METER * FLOW METERS (TRANSMITTERS) * COLLORIS FLOW TRANSMITER.
ANALYZERS which include: -* CONTINUOUS EMISSION MONITORING (CEM) SYSTEM * OIL IN WATER (OIW) ANALYZER (ADVANCED SENSOR) *0XYGEN (O2) ANALYZER * BASIC SEDIMENT & WATER (BS &W) ANALYZER * OXYGEN ANALYZER * MOISTURE ANALYZER *pH ANALYZER.
Maintenance, installation and overhaul of the following: - *AUTO SAMPLER *SOLENOID VALVES *ON/OFF VALVES *CONTROL VALVES.
Periodic proving exercise and system re-certification (prover loop calibration etc.) in accordance with Government agency (DPR).
Installation, Calibration and Maintenance of various instrument such as Control valve, ON OFF Valves, Pressure/Temperature/Level and Flow Transmitters, Fire & Gas (F&G) devices such as Smoke detectors, Gas Detectors, Heat Sensitive Cables, Flame detectors (UV & IR), Deluge Systems, Fire Water Pump Multi-trade maintenance etc on FPSO.
Installation, calibration and maintenance of various instruments like control valves, ON OFF valves, pressure/temperature/level and flow transmitters, fire and gas equipment like smoke detectors, gas detectors, heat sensitive cables, flame detectors (UV & IR), deluge Systems, fire water pumps, maintenance of multiple trades etc. on FPSO.
Maintenance of freshwater maker.
On-call service for non-routine calls from the Central Control Room (CCR).
Write anomalies, permit audit and report malfunction report of equipment on SAP.
Efficient use of resources to ensure quality throughout the shutdown management cycle.
Organize quality awareness events and mobilize staff.
Participate in daily priority meetings with management and the Resource Committee.
Conduct quality audits for processes, tools and activities during turnaround.
Attend the SIMOPS workshop and the HSE plan preparation session.
Take an HSE tour of the facility with other functionaries.
Review work packages and other related quality documents for approval by the Turnaround Management Team.
Preparing PTW, assisting with commissioning (testing) and solving problems with field instruments during turnaround.
Establish appropriate work procedures, life cycle management and work execution to produce technical reports on maintenance activities/methods.
Preparation of a final report and review of lessons learned.
Use the 475 HART Communicator to perform calibrations, check configurations and apply setpoints to field-mounted instruments such as transmitters and positioners.
Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) services including tube bending/fitting, electrical wiring, termination and glanding as well as fabrication and installation of cable trays and support systems.
Maintain all field instruments by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on routine and non-routine tasks.
Regular safety integrity tests (SIT) on all fire and gas equipment such as fusible loop, smoke detectors, Detronic gas detectors, flame detectors, etc.
Implement standards and best practices to ensure the reliability and integrity of instruments.
Make sure that process instruments such as valves and vibration monitors are in order.
Assessment of routine and emergency instrumentation work in close cooperation with plant operations.
Follow up on repair and replacement of instruments with effective commissioning.
Report dangerous situations on site and damaged or defective measuring equipment
General maintenance of all instruments in cryogenics.
Dismantle and repair of mechanical control devices or valves, such as regulators, thermostats, or hydrants, with power tools, hand tools and cutting torches.
Using HART Communicator to perform calibrations, check configurations and apply setpoints to field-mounted instruments such as positioners etc.
Tube bending/fitting (E&I), Electrical wiring, termination & Glanding, fabrication of cable trays and brackets (E&I), Installation of Electrical & Instrument equipment.
Test valves and regulators for leaks and accurate temperature and pressure settings using precision test equipment.
Disassemble instruments for repair, calibration, and adjustment.
Function test, loop test and calibrate temperature switches, pressure switches, level switches, smoke and gas detectors, transmitters (temperature, pressure, level, and flow), etc.
Participate in toolbox talks in accordance with departmental HSE plans and safety regulations.
