1. Experience and knowledge necessary to ensure subordinates perform their work in accordance with all applicable codes, maintenance Manuals, or other applicable documents under facility management.
2.Advanced working knowledge of the HVAC, plumbing, BMS trade including the installation, repair and maintenance of a AHU, RAHU, FCU, CHILLER, VAV, exhaust and pressurized fan, diffuser boiler system, hot and cold-water lines, pressure reducing devices, backflow prevention systems, vacuum breakers, gauges and meters, sewer pipe, soil pipe, traps, toilets, sinks, urinals, showers and tubs. Under ANSI/ASHRAE Standards
3.Ensure that the Inspection department approves fittings, ducts, water pipes, and other accessories before the installation begins.
4.Deliver all tools required for the fitting including power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, and ladder on time and in the exact numbers as mentioned in the list.
5.Prepare, apply, and get approval for the HVAC shop drawings, work method statement, MEP-coordination drawing, and project specification from the head engineer.
6. Coordinate installation schedule with team members and other departments working on the project.
7. Monitor site activities and make sure all rules and regulations are followed. Making reports on daily.
8. progress made at work and ensuring it reaches the superiors.
9. Ensure safe construction of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance according to rules and regulations set by the safety policy manual by the company. They will have to ensure the protection and safety equipment is 100% tried and tested for safe use.
10.Arrange labor and other professionals including pipe fitter, duct fitter and assistant duct fitter. They also act as a supervisor for the installation and maintenance project.

1. Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls.
2. Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
3.Developing processing plans and optimizing resource allocation.
4.Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities
Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
5.Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
6.Preparing reports and compliance documentation.
7.Drive continuous improvement in safety performance, reliability, and cost of quality goals.
Establish & maintain relationships with regional pressure system equipment suppliers.
8.Foster and support positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
1. Assigns preventive and corrective maintenance jobs as per the direction of Maintenance Engineer. Supervises and co-ordinates activities of maintenance staff. Maintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence related to work.
2. Executes work order through CMMS (SAP) and co-ordinates with maintenance engineer for job completion and technical matters.
3. Maintain such communications and relations as are necessary to report on the status of matters requiring action and to ensure that corrective action is undertaken
4. Helps Maintenance Engineer in executing corrective and planned maintenance with due regard to annual scheduled maintenance plan.
5. He will maintain logs, records and files for all assigned area equipment’s information, history and spare part inventory.
