• Management of Offshore Patrolling Vessel(OPV) and Tugs as per the contract requirements and within safety standards .
• Planning & organizing surveys in connection to Flag State Inspection (FSI), Annual Surveys & Radio Surveys on all vessel.

• Monitoring, follow-up & carry out re-validation of safety equipment & certifications onboard (LSA & FFA).
• Perform regular visits to check and enhance the performance of the vessels.
• Regular meet with Masters & Chief Engineers to sort the issues concerning navigational, deck and engine room machineries.
• Monitoring the technical pa ra meters & reporting pertaining to daily, weekly & monthly checks and jobs progress.
• Supervise the service and overhauling activities in coordination with service team and ship staff.
• Cost controlling by proper planning of spares & maintenance activities in economical ways & within allocated budget.
• Regular meet with stakeholders for further planning of vessel activities & maintenance works.

Project Site / Client : Dead Sea Dredging (APC-Arab Potash Company) Responsibilities:
• Managed maintenance activities of Dredgers (Total Installed Power = 3250 KW - Each Dredger) and Booster Stations (Total Installed Power = 1825 KW - Each Booster).
• Monitored operations & maintenance activities of all auxiliary fleets (multicats, crew boats & survey boats) & all barges.
• Planned & monitored repair and maintenance activities on complete floating pipeline string.
• Performed root cause analysis & troubleshooting on dredger deck & engine room machinery along with follow-up on PMS (Planned Maintenance Schedule).
• Made Decisions and Solving Problems — Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Organized all requisitions pertaining to spares & supplies requested from dredgers using ERP based system; planned and breakdown maintenance on all engine room machinery & dredge equipment, along with minimizing of equipment downtime.
• Planned, organized & supervised annual shutdown activities on all dredgers, boosters, and auxiliary fleets; managing quarterly & annual inspections to be conducted onboard.
• Validated the crafts after checking the validity of essential certificates; and maintaining all the records of annual surveys conducted all dredgers.
• Conducted regular meet with Dredge Masters & Chief Engineers for upgrading and or enhancement of all dredger & auxiliary fleet.
• Monitored technical reports pertaining to daily, weekly & monthly checks and jobs performed on dredger & auxiliary fleet; leading to Technical reporting of annual shutdown activities on a daily basis to the management.
• Worked on Marine services performing emergency repairs, periodic maintenance, or complete overhauls.
• Cost controlling by proper planning on spares & maintenance activities within the budget allocated by the Project Department & Management.

Project Site / Client : Ras Al Ghuraib, Khalifa Port Development, Ruwais-GASCO, Barakah Nuclear Plant, Sir Baniyas Islands, Sea House Palace Island Development, and Reem Island Development Responsibilities:
• Managed operations & maintenance activities of Heavy Cutter Suction Dredgers (Total Installed Power = 10500 KW & 20515 KW) and Booster Station (Total Installed Power = 4800 KW).
• Performed scheduled, preventive and breakdown maintenance effectively and effectively to minimize time losses and maintain the lowest possible delay or shutdown time; adhered to the Zero Accident Policy and ensured marine & off-shore safety.
• Led to troubleshooting & performing RCA-Root Cause Analysis on faults & problems found in any engines and auxiliary machinery.
• Conducted follow-up on Planned Maintenance System on all engine room and deck equipment; Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly based checks to proceed on safety equipment & machinery.
• Monitored and recorded daily equipment parameters and maintained the engine room log book; performed regular toolbox meetings onboard dredgers.

Cutter Suction Dredger - Operations & Maintenance

Role :
To handle Troubleshooting, Repairs and Maintenance activities of Main Diesel Engines installed on board a Cutter Suction Dredgers. Worked on HEAVY DUTY CUTTER SUCTION DREDGER (Total Installed Power = 14.
Troubleshooting & maintenance activities carried out on fuel system, separators, fresh water system, sea water system, bilge separation system, greasing system, safety equipment systems, gearboxes, winches, pumps(rotating equipments), sewage treatment plant and other auxiliaries.
To sort issues on pneumatic systems.
Sorting out issues concerning pump seals (liquidyne).
To take care of Fuel, Oil & Water bunkering as per safety standard rules.
To carry out ballasting & de-ballasting activities onboard.
To sort any issues concerning repairs of support craft like multi-cats & tugboats.
Troubleshooting & repairs on hydraulic systems on-board.
Undertake emergency repairs effectively and efficiently to minimize time losses and maintain lowest possible shutdown time.
To handle Preventive, Corrective & Periodic maintenance on all equipments installed on-board.
Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly based checks done on safety equipments & machineries.
