Summary: - 4 months working, as Junior Architect under firm specialized in fit outs, landscaping projects mainly street furnitures, steel structures, and cladding of structures, flooring, decking.
Key responsibilities:-
Designed street furnitures like - benches, light poles, bollards, plant box, cycle stand, bus stop etc. all excluding civil works (concrete).
Doing the fit out - designs, supply, and installation on site.
Handling of documentation like - material submittal, shop-drawing submittal for approval.
Preparation of method of statement as per revision.
Having basic knowledge as site coordinator to coordinate with supervisor, site engineer, and other consultants based on project.
To check on site construction and compare according to the drawings.
Preparation of mood boards for multiple projects for understanding of clients requirements and color section and combination.
Coordinating with clients, consultants, and suppliers regarding the concerning project.
Preparation of contractor/ fabrication drawings.
Preparation of bill of quantity on excel separately for:-
Contractors - as per cutting sizes
Procurement of materials
Summary: - 3 months working as trainee under firm specialized in interior projects mainly Commercial - Offices, restaurant/ café, saloon.
Key responsibilities:-
Designing interior layout, RCP layout for office spaces.
To know each type of material as per price and which is suitable where.
Take out bill of quantity for each material used in each area.
To design furnitures like T.V- unit, decorative walls etc.

Landscaping Projects. (March 2017 - September 2017)
Worked on Residential - Bungalow, Apartments, Farm House Projects.
Worked on Commercial - Hospital, Office design Projects.
Worked on Landscaping - Agro tourism Project.
Bachelors in Architecture - 5 years course including internship . Valid architect licence from - COA, India
