Executed detailed data analysis while crating material flow and solution design based on ABC Process. Oversaw warehouse design, space calculation, and selection of storage medium. • Finalised the bidding & Implementation of MAF carrefour’s Veg and Perishable business in UAE covering Warehousing, VAS, and last-mile distribution for more than 55 stores.
• Designed Fleet management and Route planning tool in Excel that used as a key tool to manage MAF distribution.
• Enhanced the facility used by J&J by changing the rack configuration from a selective rack to a VNA that resulted in
increasing 30-40% of storage space ultimately providing customers with superior savings.
