• Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, estimating the growth of work, ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints. Provide technical direction between clients and subcontractors; guidance to 8 different trades. Monitoring Work progress at the site, achieving milestones and preparing progress reports.
• A key player in the successful completion of ship repairs of about 70 marine vessels.
• Improving operational efficiency through effective control of resources
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and government authorities to ensure adherence to project drawings and specifications
• Review of manpower utilization reports, purchase orders, contractual change requests and implementation orders.
• Observing Safety, Health and environment issues at work site
• Preparing engineering analysis of projects
• Maintaining inspection and test plan records
• Meeting quality targets
• Control of working man-hours and coordination with invoicers
Minimizing claims, reworks and customer complaints

• In charge of Ship’s Technical Aspects.
• As In charge of Engine Room and Deck Machinery,
• Reporting to Chief Engineer, Managing and mentoring senior and junior Engineers and other staff,
• Planning and maintenance, repair and overhaul of Main Diesel Engine, Generators, Boilers, Auxiliary Pumps, purifiers, air compressors, and control system, Deck Machinery, Cranes, assembly process and material control, Inventory control, order spares and stores, Maintain and reporting in PMS system. Exposure to Deck hydraulic cranes maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure Compliance with Company HSE policies, Work permit and Isolation Systems.
• Prepared the vessel, attended and refloated Post Panamax container vessel for Dry Docking in China and Dubai.
• Attended Sea trials after Dry docking and New Building of the vessel.
• Attended New building program at Linno ship yard DENMARK and took delivery of 18000TEU container vessel.
