Roles and Responsibilities :
- Preparation and follow-up of freight forwarding declarations and import transactions of construction material at the Tanger Med 2 port (free zone);
- Preparation, follow-up and management of entry and exit operations of construction equipment and material with the freight forwarders at the Tanger Med 2 port;
- Company and sub-contractors personnel TM2 access management including preparation of entry permits, follow-ups with port authorities, and renewal / cancellation of permits whenever required;
- Fleet management for Setrat and its related parties (i.e. customers, vendors, sub-contractors, etc.)
- Administrative coordination between Setrat, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure smooth projects execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administrative management of the company including its personnel and responsiblity over fiduciary duties (HR, accounting and tax management and other support activities);
- Tendering and sales responsibilities such as the preparation and submission to public tenders and follow-up with customers.
- Procurement management including suppliers selection, oversight and contract management;
- Oversight of projects execution from the tendering stage till projects closure and final acceptance by the customers including staff management;
- Net working capital management, cash collection responsibilities and optimization of payment terms with suppliers;
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Overall understanding of the business, its core activities, and support functions;
- Assistant to the General Manager including customers contact and screening of business opportunities;
Finance specialized degree covering a large array of financial courses such as: risk management, auditing, corporate finance and financial analysis.
Degree covering general business management topics such as: micro and macroeconomics, business statistics, entrepreneurship, and other commerce related topics with a focus on financial disciplines.
