Leasing the apartments, signing the contracts, collecting cheques and ensuring 100percent occupancy.Handing over the apartments to the tenants with proper inventory and condition report. Following up any bounced cheque payments with the tenants.Uploading all the documents in the system.Supervising the maintenance and housekeeping team by making sure the apartments are in good standards.Ensuring the common area of the building is clean and make sure to complete the maintenance work. Keeping a note on pest control, facade cleaning and MEP. Supervising the front desk and security staff .
Head the overall operations of a 200 room 3 star hotel through 10 team members.Deliver expert concierge services across the front Desk, Front bell & door, hotel room and guest areas.Control ADR, overall occupancy, staffing formulas, guest history database, room inventory, employee supplies, staffing, internal tracking grids, staff situation and all guest requests. Responsible for settling guest accounts and all aspects of record keeping by overseeing and coordinating front Desk and audit functions to ensure financial transactions for the day.
