To lead and support learning programs and development strategies for the business through effective coordination with the Regional Learning & Development Managers. Focus on the development and maintenance of the training plan and individual development plans to secure excellence in business competency and execute development pathway for identified successors. • Accounting and Administration department:
- Provide administrative support to direct report manager and other colleagues as needed.
- Completes supporting paper work and data entry as required.
- Manual bookkeeping
- Prepare statements & invoices for payment purposes
- Assist Auditors
- Prepare different kind of reports (stock system- EDM)
• Logistics Department:
- Collect and compare offers
- Handle company’s import and export processes and preparing reports
- Assist with inventory management
• Brands’ Operations Department:
- Arrange documents needed for training
- Handle employee queries and questions
