Assisting tendering department team in preparation of bids for civil, marine and Oil & Gas projects across the Middle East, East Africa, and Asia. Reporting directly to the Regional tendering dept. manager
Acts as the focal point of engineering, planning, HSE, QA/QC, and construction dept. during the bid preparation period. Moreover, supports cost estimation team by providing site experience inputs. and helping out the pricing of direct works providing feedback on site construction productivities factors. Finally, coordinates the procurement and engineering team to ensure that consistent quotation for materials and subcontractors are being used during the pricing of a project.
Management of project construction teams on hydraulics, heavy civil and marine works. Implement on the spot design changes during the construction phase, submitted technical queries and prepare method statements.
Managed all survey activities and sufficiently delivered to clients pre-construction and as-build survey drawings.
