Establishing operational objectives, implementation of business measures, new guidelines or strategies which includes but not limited to:

• Overseeing customer service department and assess that they are meeting customer satisfaction goals
• Dialogue with clientele about customer service issues or queries
• Perform training sessions for subordinates
• Implement quality management and regulatory
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Provide logistical support, courses development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
• Plan the implementation, facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets
• Setting a marketing plans, clients visits and negotiation to win
• Conduct a customer Training needs analysis (TNA)
• Executing sales objectives
• Developing products (Brochures, Manuals, etc..)
• Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of organization.
• Managing client accounts.
• Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
• Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
• Coordinate planning, working alongside the Operations Manager and liaising with colleagues, instructors and suppliers
• Make all bookings required for the programs, including transport, attractions, venue facilities, etc
• Process paperwork, invoices and reports from staff, venues and suppliers.
• Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Storing and sorting financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Ensuring adherence to laws and policies
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
• Ensuring network, system and data availability and integrity through preventative maintenance and upgrades.
• Leading a training classes on company’s Softwares
• Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information
• Breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Making sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Monitoring project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Acting as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Working with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Issuing all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
• Diagnosing, troubleshoot and machines efficiency
