Ø Coordinate between all drawings (structure, ID, landscape, MEP and architect drawings)
Ø Reviewing shop drawings including (block work, plaster, and elevations), Interior shop drawing including (flooring, ceiling, walls…)
Ø Control and follow the project's materials according to specification and codes
Ø reviewing as-built drawings
Ø All engineering issues (RFI, Material Data Sheet, Material Sample Approval...)
Ø Reviewing method of statements and material list done by contractor procurement department and follow the delivery dates.
Ø Supervising of a very luxury interior and exterior finishing materials
and construction activities (e.g.: block work, plastering, painting, suspended ceiling, curtain walls, marble/stone, doors, etc…)
Ø Inspection of all scope of work done on site by contractors as an owner consultant and representative.
Ø Managing the construction team and review stages of quality in site
Ø Reviewing monthly invoices items & Bill of quantities and following up the work activities, motivating work & preparing daily, weekly and Monthly progress reports.
