Provide international Training services tailored to the needs of the labor market to the corporates & Youth:
a. Deliver Face to face, Online & Blended Vocational Training such as Leadership Skills, entrepreneurial thinking, Innovation Skills, Creativity Skills, Career Readiness, Entrepreneurship, customer services, soft skills & Learning Skills
b. Assessor/Moderators Innovation Ideas
c. Developing technical materials (such as training PPTs, mentoring guides, exercises, and handouts, etc
d. Use ELearning Systems such as LMS along with new & updated tools such as Miro, Mentimeter, Zoom, Teams etc…
e. - Use of learning management system (LMS)
f. Employment readiness specialist
Job Description:
a. Delivered training in:
- Sales, Customers services, Marketing & Soft Skills for retail/private & government Organizations
- Conducting a Seminars, workshops, individual& group training and coaching sessions
- Liaising with managers & human resources manager to determine training needs and schedule training sessions after building the customized
- Designing a customized effective training program
- Prepare a Technical Training Proposal.
- Prepare a Professional Training Material
- Prepare a Training Plans
- Evaluate and follow up with trainees
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training (to ensure ROI)
