KEY RESPONSIBILITIES STUDENT AGENT/OFFICER:
• Monitor and update records for student attendance, mark delays, analyze attendance and submit reports to the management.
• Coordinate with teachers, staff and students to review progress of lessons, help teachers in lesson planning and completing their coursework in time.
• Counsel students across various activities, organize events for students, provide guidance for projects in collaboration with the subject teacher.
• Help teachers in grading students at the end of the academic duration, input all grades in the school’s system.
• Work as part of the administration team, prioritize day-to-day activities, and ensure timely completion of all related duties.
• Serve as the coordinator between the school, students and their guardians; discussed academic performance of the students, highlight weak areas and recommend improvement measures.
• Provide assistance in conducting exams and tests, print question papers, and make adequate seating arrangements in class-rooms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS ADMINISTRATION OFFICER:
• Oversee student enrolments, ensure all formalities are complete (documents submitted, tuition fees deposited) and issue acceptance orders for new students.
• Review the tuition fees record and identify non-receipts, make effective follow-ups for clearing fee payments.
• Prepare and administer contracts and ensure contractual obligations are met, handle contract renewals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with various vendors / suppliers for the procurement of required products and materials, review material quality on receipt.
• Review vendor invoices, verify accuracy and forward invoices to the accounts department for payment release.
• Handle official correspondence, arrange for adequate meeting facilities, and assist in promoting the institute as an excellent learning venue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS IT TEACHER:
• Delivered lectures to grade 11 students and taught them basics and important elements of computers including hardware and software.
• Taught students on the usage of programs like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and importance of Information System and Technology.
• Provided effective classroom instruction using methods and materials appropriate to the subject matter; used appropriate teaching, learning support and assessment methods.
• Guided students regarding projects and assisted students with their queries; enabled students to arrive at solutions to problems independently.
