•Is accountable for completing tenant contract information update at rent renewal for every tenant - Mobile, fax, email etc.

Coordinate with archive to complete all documents required for filing of legal cases.
•Complete co-ordination of legal cases through appointed legal firms.
•File legal cases.
•Maintain updated sheet of all the communications received from legal firms & pertaining to the filed rent cases.
•Maintain a filing system for all Rent & Legal cases.
•Maintaining records of incoming, outgoing documents, Correspondence and keeping track of all incoming and outgoing faxes.
•Filing Management of all documents, drawing, correspondence, Agreement, Contracts and etc in respective file numbers and locations.
•Translation, typing, of Arabic & English documents such as Letters, Memos, quotations and agreements.
Answer all the Telephone Calls in a professional Manner and insure that the message are taken accurately and passed to the concerned person.
•General Secretarial duties, holding the Calendar of the Manager, arranging of his meeting scheduled.
•Managing the Advertisement (Arabic & English) in the News Papers of the PM Dept.
And handling
Wrote polices and processed claim for Sharjah Insurance Company.
•handling a busy switchboard handle all incoming calls, greet visitors
and assist in light administrative tasks.
