-Establish and develop training policies, procedures, and requirements.
-Ensure following standers of accreditation bodies such as EEC and TVTC.
-Measure and track the organization’s performance by using KPIs.
-Report the organization’s KPIs through Power BI.
-Participate in developing NPA’s Business Plan.
-Recruit and screen trainees.
-Point of contact with LWDD-Aramco.
-Build trainees database on SIS.
-Conduct and deliver LMS and SIS training sessions.
-Develop Internal policies and procedures.
-Report training progress to Management and Sponsor Companies.
-Receive concerns from both trainees and sponsors and resolve problems.
-Support in recruiting, conducting interviews, and filtering candidates for open positions.
-Pay auditing visits to the private training institutes in the EP to assure following TVTC’s training standards.
-Issue violations if needed and help the institutes with creating a corrective action plan to avoid it.
-Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the administration's plans and vision.
-Develop an internal manual for the Supervision Department.
-Receive concerns and resolve problems.
-Coordinate between internal departments to help ensure efficiency and productivity.
-Collaborated with department leaders to determine training needs.
-Define and articulate learning outcomes, including measurements, performance metrics and changes to improve the training process.
-Supervise all training institutes in the Eastern Region.
-Issue violations if needed, and help the institutes with creating a corrective action plan to avoid it.
-Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the administration's plans and vision, and communicate them to subordinates.
-Receive complains and resolve problems.
