Job description:
 Handling customers calls to responds regarding the maintenance repair of their products.
 Handling customer’s inquiries, requests and complaints.
 Coordinating with the service center & the account manager.
 Continually maintain working knowledge of all the account updates.
 Preparing and analysis account reports daily.
 Responsible of Headcount & HR tasks.
