Job description:
Handling customers calls to responds regarding the maintenance repair of their products.
Handling customer’s inquiries, requests and complaints.
Coordinating with the service center & the account manager.
Continually maintain working knowledge of all the account updates.
Preparing and analysis account reports daily.
Responsible of Headcount & HR tasks.
