Responsibilities:
Planning :
• Develop Project Control Systems for effective project Management
• Prepare Progress Curves and S Curves
• Review and Analyze Time Chainage Programme
• Conduct Planning Meetings with various Stakeholders for effective project management
• Prepare Long term and short-term forecasts / scenarios and remedial measures
Monitoring & Control:
• Check Contractors daily report through discussion with RAMPED site team and site visits
• Verification of progress (including procurement) provided with the monthly progress report.
• Verifying sequence of works in the updated programme P6
• Compared updated programme activities with 5 Week Look Ahead Schedule
• Preparation of RAMPED reports (Weekly and monthly)
• Monitor Project Schedules with reference to the Baselines and controlling schedule to works.
• Monitor and Controlling project progress through Earned Value Management
• Present Project Progress to Stakeholders in various Meetings.
• Monitor and Control project progress through Weightage based system and Earned Value Management
Risk Management:
• Enable Risk Consultant to efficiently conduct Risk Workshops.
• Hands on experience Risk Assessment and Risk Mitigation activities.
• Maintain Risk Register and Issue Log
Project Description: Project Value $ 28 Billion. Hill is providing project management and construction management services for the $28 billion Riyadh Metro project. More specifically, Hill will oversee the design and construction deliverables through the project life cycle for Package 3 of the Riyadh Metro. Package 3 consists of managing three rail lines in the Riyadh Metro system. It includes Line 4, Line 5 and Line 6 which covers 67 kilometers of track with 48 kilometers of elevated alignment, 5.5 kilometers of mined tunnel, 22 stations and nearly 13 kilometers of bored tunnel constructed through some of the most congested districts in Riyadh.
My Key role is in Project Management, Planning, Monitoring, MIS, Reporting. I have also been managing world’s leading contractors through effective project monitoring processes.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the design team for all site information’s related to civil surveying works and carry out all function as assigned by them and managing information flow from design team to field surveyors and vice versa.
• Utilizing data from a range of sources, such as aerial photography, satellite surveys systems.
• Participates in the work of team engaged in the preparation of topographic survey maps, profiles and field notes regarding existing roads and utilities.
• Attend various project meetings define action needed for coordinating and resolve issues affecting the construction works.
• Establishing primary horizontal and vertical control points for establishing the points in the field.
• Controlling of all works Alignment and level of the all kind of utilities and preparing the area for landscaping.
• Discussing specific project requirements with clients; measuring the ground as required by the client, including aspects such as small and large-scale distances, angles and elevations; gathering data on the earths.

The Royal Commission for Riyadh city gave priority to preserve and rehabilitate Wadi Hanifah (Hanifah Valley) due to its strategic location, investment capabilities, and potential to serve as urban lungs for the Riyadh city and its residents. Wadi Hanifah is the most significant natural landmark of the region that form with its basin and tributaries a unique 120-kilometer. the valley is the home of many historic and ancient buildings, wells and dams.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing the area for landscaping and controlling of all works Alignment, level and heights of utilities.
• Verify the accuracy of civil survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at sites.
• Attend various project meetings define action needed for coordinating and resolve issues affecting the construction works.
• Office works to review and explain the charts, graphs, preparation of topographic civil survey maps.
• Assist the design team for all site information’s related to civil surveying works and carry out all function as assigned.
• Checking the Contractors setting out to verify accuracy.
• Create permanents point, check the control point distribution.
