o Apply new development process that assures high quality and timely deliverables, aligned with the proposed strategy and targets.
o Finish analysis and kick-off ICAS corporate project which will be developed in-house.
o Prepare RFP and vendor evaluation for Smartphone Applications improvement project.
o Propose new WAP channel which will use the same smartphone front end and this will decrease the operation and maintenance costs.
Manage All Alinma Portals (Internal/External) development, Projects and support activities

o Manage Business Process Automation Using Microsoft SharePoint Workflow Project (Delivering 59 Internal service including 4
systems).
o Prepare and Manage Alinma External Portal (Alinma.com) improvement Project. Which included Upgrade the used technology to
the latest technology in the market, enhance the performance by more than 70%, Implement new Responsive theme and apply
search engine optimization techniques.
o Enhance Portal Development Process to ensure high quality and timely deliverables, Align with the proposed strategy and targets.
o Member of Process Automation Committee which is responsible to review all bank’s process and point to potential automation
enhancement on it.
o Provide case studies which studies current situation and provide suggestion to improve this situation (Alinma.com Search Ranking,
Domain Registration best practices, Smartphone strategy Research, Interruptive Ads).
o Suggest and lead the implementation of initiatives which adds value to the end user without huge effort (Such as responsive theme,
Add Geo Barcode to Alinma Maps, Enable portable approval via email, Internal Meeting workspace … etc.).
As part of portal team, I was responsible for all SharePoint development and participated in other projects where there was a need for my expertise.

o Responsible for design, creation and implementation of custom web parts, custom Master Pages, custom Layouts, custom Event
Handlers, features, solutions, custom workflow and templates to be used in a SharePoint environment.
o Create and implement internal portals design that in line with the bank’s identity.
o Participate in upgrading SharePoint portal from 2007 to 2010 and fix all related issues.
o Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and participating in Requirement Business Analysis for BPA project.
o Manage building the new SharePoint environment in (UAT, Production) and handling related issues.
o Participate in new Alinma Internet & mobile baking project as a design QA to Assure design implementation taking into
consideration all usability issues.
o Participate in new Alinma website new design project as a design QA to Assure design implementation taking into consideration all
usability issues.
o Create design for Verified By Visa system aligned with bank identity & considered the User experience.
