• Maintaining employee pay records through the SAP module for National Holding employees, processing and overseeing the complete payroll cycle, including regular pay, bonuses, commissions, and garnishments for approx. 250 employees.
• Setting up employee files in SAP, maintaining payroll information, and updating information for new employees, employee changes, and employee terminations into the computerised accounting system.
• Updating changes in pay rates, departments, titles, employees, deductions, and other salary advances and calculating employee salaries, beliefs, and contributions while complying with internal controls and regulatory laws.
• Preparing various reports as requested by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and accrual balances as well as filed payroll summaries. I am preparing CSV and SIF files for payroll uploads.
• Collecting and reviewing timesheets for accuracy, reconciling processes, payroll adjustments, expenditure transfers, retro pay, and leave pay-outs.
• Assisting the Group Payroll Manager/Head of Shared Services in carrying out professional responsibilities by the organisation’s policies and applicable laws.
