Bulk Carriers:
-Responsible for managing and coordinating logistical support for the seafarers and
developing and maintaining good working relationships with them.
-Manage and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a
specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner consistent with Company
operating procedures and policy.
-Manage the relieving schedules and resource availability plan for bulk carriers.
-Lead the provision of administrative and logistical support to the seafarers.
Plus a rotation program among most departments in the company.
- Attend departmental meetings and assist with determination of the requirements,
assign actions and follow up on them ensuring proper deliverables.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project/tasks information to the
concerned parties.
- Keep the Product Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and
issues that may impact client relations.
- Prepare, submit follow up reports and tasks schedules.
- Report progress on each items progress on weekly and monthly basis and raise
risk to product manager highlight delay, actions and risk.
- Maintaining all project communication related copies and updates.
- Managed the inventory and its flow for one of the companies services.
