The company is a competitor of multinational networks of technical control of
vehicles, as DEKRA and SGS. Manager 30 technical control centers. Reporting
to the technical director, I managed a team of 2 auditors and 2 trainers and a
responsible operations and control equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly report statistics of vehicles controlled by each center.
- Validate the training content of the qualification maintenance.
- Validate the planning training qualification maintenance.
- Commits the Internal Audit checklist.
- Supervise the reports of the audits.
- Supervise corrective actions.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of equipment for technical checks.
- Interim director general.
- Represent the company in the meetings of road safety.
- Propose solutions to minimize the downtime and failures of equipment.
My main achievements:
- Starting and setting up the network.
- Developing quality manual according to ISO 9001 and ISO 17020.
- Developing new working procedures.
- Trained auditors and recruited trainers.
- Increase of 30% annually the number of controlled vehicles which contributed
to the increase in turnover.
The company had 16 centers of technical control of vehicles. Reporting to the
Head of the center, I was able to manage a team of 3 controllers, a cashier and
1clerk .All the same, I train more head center and controllers.
