Position Held: Project Manager, Project Management Team Projects Handled: Responsible for all UAE projects from Feasibility study, Concept, FEED, Design, construction and commissioning stages of all following projects. 8 million man-hours achieved with no LTIs in projects valued about 6 Billion US$. Taweelah Upgrade project: Taweelah Receiving facility upgrade works including 9 Block Valve Stations, ROW and berm construction in Sabkha areas, Control buildings and substation buildings at Taweelah, Fujairah and associated process facilities including Marine Construction work at receiving facilities in Taweelah, including reclamation, developing the shore side area of Taweelah receiving facilities for the construction of project facilities. Infra structure including roads and fencing, Pipeline crossings using HDD techniques, Micro tunneling and thrust boring, erosion protection in mountain slopes, wadi beds etc. Project Value ~ Million 1600USD. Feed Contractor: M/s ILF Consulting, Abu Dhabi, EPC Contractor: Worley Parsons, Abu Dhabi and STG, Russian consortium. Eastern Gas Distribution System: Dolphin's EGDS Upgrade Project - a sensitive project for Dolphin's acquisition of the existing UAE Eastern Gas Distribution system from GASCO / ADNOC. Involves huge brown field scope of works at existing Gas terminals at Tawelah, Maqta, Al Ain, Jebal Ali and Oman Border stations including roads, Pipeline crossings using HDD techniques, Micro tunneling and thrust boring and construction of Dolphin Operations Administration building, Master Control Room at Taweelah, Al Ain and Maqta. Project Value ~ Million 200USD. Feed Consultant: M/s ILF Consulting, Abu Dhabi, EPC Contractor: M/s CCC, Abu Dhabi. Taweelah Receiving facility and export facilities: Dolphin Energy UAE gas receiving facilities including Land reclamation, shore protection, export pipeline(both offshore pipeline and onshore pipeline), process facilities, Gas heaters, Pressure reduction systems, metering, filters, receiver, launcher, Control building, warehouse / workshop buildings with lifting facility, plant roads, perimeter security fence system, Anchor blocks, tie in valve pits, hot tap connections to existing GASCO network, associated civil works including grading, cutting, filling etc.Project Value ~ Million 175USD. Feed Contractor: M/s KBR, UK, EPC Contractor: M/s Technip and Al Jaber consortium, Abu Dhabi.
Position Held : Manager Projects Worked with Engineers India Limited, the premier and the only Engineering Consultancy Company serving petrochemical industry and owned by the Government of India. Nature of Works Handled : in the Major Projects division handled several projects related to Oil, Gas Control buildings, SV stations, metering stations, special foundations for metering skids, transformers, machine foundations, pile foundations for huge diameter storage tanks, pipe supports, Skid foundations, plant area development, roads, LNG unloading jetty, port development etc. and subsequently following up the construction related activities at site of works, including from Review, approval of detailed design drawings, calculations etc, QA / QC procedures, Inspection Test Plans, Construction methodology, Planning, Scheduling of various construction activities and day to day monitoring of ongoing and completed construction activities.

•Review, approval of design reports,
•Review, approval of drawings related to area development, layout plans, equipment foundations, buildings etc.
•Coordination with other discipline Engineers to resolve the inter discipline clashes.
•Attending meetings with client and contractors Engineers and resolving technical issues and monitoring project progress.
•Review, preparation of weekly and Monthly progress reports.
•Follow-up of various construction activities as per project planning and ensuring the smooth flow of various constructions activities.
•Review, evaluation and approval of vendors for the supply of various construction materials.
•Review, witnessing laboratory tests on Construction materials at regular intervals as per project requirements.
•Inspection of ongoing construction activities, to ensure conformation to technical specifications.
•Conducting regular audits pertaining to QA / QC and submitting reports to Project manager.
•Ensuring the timely completion of the projects efficiently within the allocated budget, meeting the project requirements and satisfying HSE requirements.
•Majority of the projects involved were successfully completed much a head of the planned schedule.
