• Manage and support NOC tools and applications, co operate with customer care to ensure the best feedback for end users, effectively communicate network event status and ensuring customer's problems are addressed promptly
Worked as an Engineer and hands on Ericsson RBS 1130,
CDMA BTS installations and integrating GSM base stations
at the BSC end and configuring, operations and aintenance support both Ericsson AXE MSC and BSC systems.
• Provide troubleshooting, routine and non-routine maintenance work for Ericsson NSS and BSS nodes.
• Configuration activities in BSC relevant to new Base Stations.
• Maintain routing maintenance records for meet ISO standards and down time reports.
