Develop and implement the Bancassurance strategy aligned with the overall goal of the bank.
Cultivate Bank maintains a strong relationship with insurance partnerships.
Overseas the development of insurance products tailored to the bank customer base.
Implement effective sales processes and incentives to drive the sale of insurance products through the bank's distribution channels
Ensure seamless integration and operational support for the bancassurance business.
Prioritize customer service for clients who purchase insurance products through the bank.
Explore opportunities to augment the bank's income through bancassurance.
Assess and manage risks associated with bancassurance activities.
Provide training and development programs for bank staff involved in bancassurance sales.
Working as branch Manager and responsible for the performance of the branch as a separate unit. Which includes term deposits, low cost, lending & Branch profits.

Responsible for the top end client tale in the branch as well as the bank in handling then.
