At American Express I was working as a Senior Credit Analyst. Its one of the oldest and largest Credit Card companies in the United States. Being a part of the Credit team my job was to call out and collect monthly payments towards the credit card usage also answer inbound customer queries. This process has given a good exposure towards collection skills, cross selling new products when the customer would call in for any upgrades or change to their plans, also negotiation skills and financial knowledge was being worked upon. \nAt the end of my OJT (on job training) I was identified as a potential to be a part of the High Balance team where in my job was to work on accounts which had high balances to be paid by the card holder. This was on the basis of my Collection and Negotiation skills .

Started working for a Collection Process for Option One Mortgage which was later bought over by AHMSI, one of the largest mortgage provider in the USA.

Initially I worked as a debt collector on delinquent bills & was consistently a top performer. When moved up as a Sr. CCE had to collect delinquent bills & also solve customer's issues on their accounts, was consistently a top performer there too. Due to which was promoted as a Mentor.
As a mentor my job was to floor walk, give feedback to associates about their calls and quality scores help team leads to complete their reports. This gave me an opportunity to work with the management.
