• Prepare, Development & Implementation of efficient Planning Functions, such as Work Break down Structure, Master schedule review, Manpower Histograms & Cost loading, Progress Measurement System and coordination.
• Prepare Schedule/Progress Reviews and provides recommendation for approval and/or comments on the contractor's schedule submissions, relying on relevant contract terms & conditions.

• Prepare engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships Develops and maintains critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information.
• Prepare schedule/progress updates, and weekly and monthly progress reports, and validates accuracy of progress data in coordination with the site team.
• Records any deviations and/or deficiencies in the progress of works, and drafts notification letters to contractors highlighting the areas of concern in terms of factors affecting the schedule/progress of the works.
• Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports and progress presentations, taking the lead for all schedule/progress related data, and coordinating with the project team to collate other inputs .
• Presents progress progress status at meetings.
• Coordinate with site engineers and inspectors for Daily Progress Reports and provide verified data to be reflected on the original Contractors' submission EOT Claims.
• Prepare details on the project program as part of time impact analysis and claims determination.
• Generate tabular and graphic reports for baseline targets and actual earned values and forecasting.
• Implementation of technological advancements and digital innovations in the field of planning, monitoring and record keeping.

PROJECT CONTROL
a) Working on Project Scope & Cost variations if any, and verify the Scope of work with RFQ document and Cost verification from given BOQ, Financial reporting, Project Closeout and Project award Reportings to the Management.
b) Monitoring the Project expendituresby checking and verifying invoices and bills submitted by the Sub contractor to us.
c) Monotoring the Quotations and bids submitted previously with the current claims submitted by Subcontractor with the Work Done Measurements.
d) Working on Budgets and verifying the same with claims and invoices submitted by the Subcontractor and check whether the claims and invoices are in line with our Project Budget.
e) Weekly Follow up with the Variation Approvals status with Clients.
f) Preparation of Budget and price for the upcoming emergency jobs on site until completion based on actual resources used for the Emergency jobs.
g) Verifying the Purchase requisition and other delivery items buyed from suppliers in line with our Project Budget.
h) Cordinate with team, estimator, QS, Site Engineers, Project Manager for Variation if found any..
i) Attend meetings with Clients and our Project Departments and note the any Change in Scope or Variations.
j) Reconcilation of Project in terms of Project total turnover and prepare reports on Actual vs Budgeted.
k) Prepare Prequalifications as per the requirements of Client

PLANNING
a) Updating the Site Progress

•Make Baseline management, resource loading and analysis, progress update and cash flow for projects.
•Prepare project control procedures and look after the level of resources required to operate them.
• Assist Project Director and make a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project.
• Communicate Project management team at site for cost and schedule baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance of project.
• Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.
• Cost, planning and document control reports are preparation and issue in accordance with Project Coordination Procedures.
•Liaise with all other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information

• Assure the monthly issue of Project Status Report (PSR) and other reports as required by higher manage.
•Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress.
•Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
•Set work program and target milestones for each project based on the project plan and tender schedule
• Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
• Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
•• Monitor day to day work progress (DPR) and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
• Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.
• Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
• Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.

Responsible to assist the General Manager (Contracts & Tendering) for Contract Administration of EPC and Turnkey Projects, and carry out all responsibilities as given by management.
ii) To follow and execute the standard Contract and Tender Documents and fulfill the Technical specification, clauses, terms and conditions & their implications in the project
iii) Participate in bids, attend tender meetings. Submit preliminary cost estimates along with drawings, commercial terms & conditions, and technical clarifications to the General Manager (Contracts & Tendering) before participating in Tender.
iv) Estimating and costing, working on Bill of Quantities, tendering process &.Attending prebid meeting, financial openings for the tender.
v) Follow-up vigorously and negotiations with vendors and/or re-submission of technical or revised data, and achieve finalization for submitting the final quotation.
