 Preparing the financial statements and cash flows in line with Sri Lankan
Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.
 Performing tax computations in line with local regulations.
 Developing internal control recommendations for inclusion in
management letters and reports.
 Assigning work to the audit assistants, assisting them, monitoring their
progress and reviewing their work in order to identify the accounting,
auditing and technical issues.
 Providing feedback to the manager on problem encountered and giving
possible suggestions to overcome them. Following time schedules and
budgets, making every effort to complete given tasks on time and within
the budget.
 Participating in team meetings and client meetings. Developing a good
relationship with the clients and other divisions of the firm.
