Responsible for managing 11 staff of the restaurant in all aspects. Train, coach, develop the team members as per the Nobu standards. Ensuring guest are satisfied by assisting server with serving, seating and communicating with the kitchen regarding customer allergies, dietary needs and other special requests. Checking on the product knowledge by conducting test. Resolved guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
