Responsible for Implementation, Migration, Support and Troubleshooting on Various IT Security Solutions (firewalls, Proxy, Endpoint Solutions, VPN, Cloud Service Applications, DLP, Vulnerability Management etc..) operating on Service Now Ticketing tool for Incidents, Service Request and Change Request.
Interact and work with multiple teams to realize the technical solution, Work with the internal and partner ecosystem to bring in appropriate and relevant solution(s).
Product health check and suggest a service improvement plan if required.
Researched and updated all required materials needed for firm and partners.
Handling scheduled implementation / Upgrade / Migration with proper CRF's, POA, etc.
Handling Information Security ISO 27001 related Tasks for Security Domain.
Performing VA scans using Nessus for internal audit and scanning of vulnerability.
Analyzing and mitigation of Incidents, Vulnerabilities and threats.
Working of Information Security Standards like PCI DSS Standards, vulnerability scanning, risk assessments, report analysis and rescanning for payment projects.
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Operational tasks, health check, backup reviews, Reports.
Support deployment of security technologies, Own and drive the Solution and other artifacts.
