• Gather and collect all the new joiners data and information for accreditation purposes and
ensure they are accurately entered in the system.
• Perform interviews on behave of clients and ensuring we offer well experienced crew.

• Ensure timely completion of the assigned recruiting tasks that are in accordance with the
outlined policies and procedures as required by clients.
• Responsible for maintaining an accurate filing system on the folders and on the cabinets

complains or needs are reported to the management.
