Examining plant unit on Smart Plant Review (SPR) software and creating work package scoping guidelines as per shell franklin requirement. Reviewing SP3D model of Pennsylvania Chemical Unit and defining work scope.
Analysing ECU, PE, OSBL unit on 3D model and preparing work package on Smart Plant Construction (SPC) software for different fluid codes lines.
Demonstrating the plans and prototypes to the client for approval.
Follow up with the Procurement and Engineering team for the activities involving in projects.
Allocation of material, man power and equipment for the planned work activities.
Responsible of organizing & executing the piping fabrication and erection works.
Establish communications with Design consultants and client to resolve field problems and Provide field support to superintendents and crew.
Monitor all piping fabrication & installation works also modification activities ae per site.
Responsible for the productivity and high quality of the subordinates and the sub-contractor’s activities.
Responsible of Pressure Testing activities of piping systems as per quality control plan.
Provide assistance in Pre & post-Mechanical activities and participate in HAZOP analysis.
After completion of project follow up with the client & conduct PSSR meeting for improve reliability & operability
• Reviewing of all works daily starts with, follow permit to work system as per QP standard IP-OPS-015.
• Site data collections for making, submitting DPR and coordination with client.
• Preparation of Method statement, MTO, MTL Data Acquisition, SPIR, & Projects Dossier for each project as per QP standard ES.0.06.0021.
• Preparing Red Line mark up drawing and follow up the same for AS Built drawing.
• Planned, monitored and coordinated activities on daily basis and report to client & Project manager.
• Preparation of Method Statements & JSA and obtaining approval from concern Agencies.
• Ensure that the work is carried out as per standards, drawings, maintaining quality & safety.
• On completion of project, Responsible for clearing of punch list and close out report.
• Implementation of safety & H2S awareness to all personnel involved in the project.
Planned activities at the site, Liaison with client’s representatives, attending project meeting to discuss planning, next activities, safety plans on daily basis.
Followed up with procurement team for the availability of material for the planned project at right time & Mobilization.
Coordinated for manpower, material & tools
