Prepare tender requirements and submission of tender documents, Completes Expressions of Interest and Pre-qualification documentation.
➢ Coordinate & obtain NOC documents, authority approvals and permits from the various authorities.
➢ Have and maintain good professional relationships with local authority staff /clients /subcontractors /suppliers.
➢ Attend project meetings and provide reports to management.
➢ Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing contracts with sub-contractors and suppliers.
➢ Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment for jobs.
➢ Follow up shipment of materials and pending purchase orders. ➢ Generate payment certificates for subcontractors & suppliers, Coordinate with finance/commercial team to release their payments within the time frame.
➢ Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
➢ To make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
➢ Budget analysis and budget modification. ➢ Perform non-routine duties assigned.

Process all Technical & Commercial documents for higher authority approval.
➢ Implementing, improving and maintaining project document protocols and management on behalf of the Project Team.
➢ Ensuring that all protocols and processes are adhered to the contract guidelines.
➢ Maintain updated records of all approved documents in accordance with ISO Quality system & their distribution clearly.
➢ Keep tracks & monitor incoming and outgoing Correspondence and technical documents such as; Drawings, Calculation, Material submittal, Method statement, Testing & Commissioning, Operation & Manual, As Built, Warranties list, IFC, Narrative, Prequalification, RFI’s, NCR, SOR, and Material Inspection Request, Main/Subcontract Documents.
➢ Make necessary follow up with concerned engineers/ managers for release of consultant, contractor and internally raised project documents.
➢ Prepare documents status reports periodically for project management information for meetings and follow -ups
➢ Provide training & guidance on usage of EDMS to subordinates, the staff of consultants, subcontractors.
