Responsibilities:
•Charging files for Mobility, Fixed Line, AES & TAPIN
•Performing MPS processes manually like (COM, MCAP, CAP, LTP, RPU & CPU)
•Testing of files as per business change before deploying on Production Server
•Rejection Clearance at MCAP, CAP level
•Basis Error Clearance of CDR files.
•File Reconciliation and gap closure.
•Support Revenue Assurance by Implementing new business logics as per requirement
•Maintaining compliance with client specifications as well as internal quality standards.
•Working with multiple Vendor Team to resolving Issues.
•Issue recreation in Prod like testing environment by applying debug patches if required to drill down the issue.

•Created workaround scripts using UNIX, SQL for data solution to ensure smooth production until permanent resolution in place
•Performed unit/component testing of bug fixes and minor enhancements
