with speed of 5m/s. Having 18 elevator units.
Problems: Resolved all the below issues at jobsite
• Unable to update or send ELD screen messages
• New messages in ELD display which is available in Car does not new messages
• Unable to delete existing tenant information
• ICSS Software not compatible with elevator management software

Single observation desk having elevators with speed of 10m/s, having a Glass floor
on 121st floor. Having 17 elevator groups and 4 escalator groups.
Problems: Resolved all the below issues at jobsite
• Unable to register calls in Double Deck for 121st floor
• Rear opening in Real Time screen when actually Front door are answered
• Floor serviceability issues on Real time display and actual layout in building
• Double deck elevator not serving desired deck (lower & upper deck) calls
• Elevator Software not compatible with elevator controller software

EMS (Elevator Management System) is client application installed at
customer end. This tool is embedded with hardware equipment used to monitor
the elevators which are operated at the customer site, the elevator
configurations such as increasing or decreasing the elevators can be performed
with the help of this tool. The existing tool supports upto 8 cars and the new
feature included upto 12 cars, other features like secured floor or secured car
access can be controlled; all elevators installed at the customer can be
monitored and controlled thru EMS.
Roles &
Responsibilities
1. Handle all stages from requirements to software release.
2. Configure Hardware setup with EMS software.
3. Configuring hardware boards with service tools.
4. Programming the EEPROMS and ICSS boards.
5. Assisting the development team in configuring the hardware/software setups.
6. Supporting EMS Users with the issues faced with EMS software/hardware.
7. Conduct Test readiness review.
8. Software/Hardware builds deployment.
9. Gathering software requirement for new enhancements.
10. Analyzing the software requirements specification.
11. Assist development team in Unit/Integration testing to meet the system test
build date.
12. Responsible for planning all test efforts.
13. Reviewing of test cases developed by test team members.
14. Responsible to complete system as per planned schedule.
15. Responsible for delivery of the software release at customer site.
16. Assist users to setup new configurations in EMS.
17. Responsible to analyze the issues/defects detected at customer
environment.
18. Responsible in finding the root causes analysis.
19. Responsible for understanding of processes and implementation of
processes for future growth.
20. Handling Team Management w.r.t to handling issues/queries on overall
