Major Responsibilities:
- Manage, Design and Execution of Desalination (RO), MBR and Conventional Systems through
preparation of volume calculation, Hydraulic calculation, PFD, P&ID, Plot plan design, Technical
specification preparation and equipment selection.
- Direct and manage all project activities to meet the project objectives.
- Organize multiple trades with project team to sustain good practices during project life cycle,
develop a full-scale project plan and associated communication procedures, construction schedule,
work assignments, budgets and manpower expenditures.
- Undertaking all monthly project progress and financial cost reporting.
- Tracking activities against the detailed project plans and take preventive and corrective actions to
align to plan.
- Review project design and assure optimal design has been attained, conduct subcontractors and
suppliers negotiation.
- Labeling with client and consultant to handle technical, progress and commercial issues.
- Consider safety and quality aspects.
- Closing out the project after attaining preset objectives in way that enhance client satisfaction and
company business value.
