Ability to apply basic professional knowledge to design of entire level complexity and construction management, interpret specs, codes, standards, regulatory requirements. Well exposure to site problems diagnosis and its remedies. My experience ranges working with top engineering consultants in India, UAE, and KSA. Responsible for analysis and design of medium to high-rise building systems, small and large industrial projects from conceptual stage to detail design stage using related structural software such as ETABS + SAFE + STAAD pro. Follow up with Sharjah / Dubai Municipality & TECOM Authorities for project approval. Reviewing and rechecking of structural drawings from foundation till final stage. Suggesting economical structural system & incorporating with management approvals.Verification of Contractors works, Shop Drawings, As Built Drawings, Material submittals, Site inspection. Presently working as a Consulting Lead Structural Engineer, with Saudi Industrial Property Authority “MODON” HQ in Riyadh city at Projects and buildings department- Technical Section.
Reviewing of structural design drawings and calculation submitted by assign design consultants for MODON projects and shop drawings submitted by contractors and issue OCS (Observation and Comments) review report and recommendations.
Reviewing of the technical material submittals and RFIs from the contractors and provide responses.
Attending technical meeting with contractors and sub-consultants and do the necessary coordination as required.
Provide technical assistance to project managers and make coordination and technical consultation with other disciplines as required. Project hand over inspection at site and prepare report accordingly.
