Duty:
- follow up & full coordination with ADDC ( Abu Dhabi distribution company) authority from LDN ( load demand notification ) stage up to up to final hand over to ADDC (LV& HV) with releasing the power supply to the project.
- Estimation of quantity & prepare materials orders for all electrical items as per consultant materials approval & authority standards.
- Preparation the different electrical report (procurement log, shop drawing log, site progress report, planning report, variation report…).
- Preparation & flowing Up with RFI (Request for inspection).
- Preparation of Monthly Payments (work done & material at site).
- Preparation Shop Drawings & obtain approval from consultant & ADDC authority.
- Preparation & flowing up of materials submittals & full coordination up to approval stage.
- Following the standards of etisalat in the Telephone system & full coordination with etisalat authority up to hand over stage.
- Following the standards of civil defense in the fire alarm system & full coordination with civil defense authority up to hand over stage.
- Planning & scheduling assignments to achieve pre-set goals within time parameters. Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operations.
- Preparing the project correspondence letters & documents: incoming letter, outgoing letter, minutes of meeting, authorities files, variation reports, payment certificates, manpower histogram, project action plan... etc.
