Discovering ways to reduce waste occurring in the production line, the tool that use to pick and drop medicine were poorly designed and were dropping off the machines, some of the tablets use to cost 100’s of dollar, which accumulated to a big amount with quantity.
•Improving production line by finding the right partitions and sizes to pick up the tablets and introduced a system for the patient to receive their medicine on time.
•Re-engineering the machine to dispose the medicines
