Manage all HR functions on a strategic and operational level for Sayegh Group’s 32 companies spread around the Arab world, Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia. The companies are involved in different specialties chemical and engineering industries, real estate as well as general services that provide the consumer with several and various products, and consists of 5000 employees.
Develop an employee-oriented organization culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, team- work, high performance and quality.
Direct staff in the areas of: organizational structure, employment, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, orientation/training/development, and policy/procedure development.
Oversee development and monitoring of the human resources department’s budget.
Provide management support to the President and board of directors as needed.
Ensure organizational conformation with applicable HR related regulations and statutes as well as organizational structure, procedures and policies.
Implementing HR programs and policies as needed by the group.
Identify, evaluate, and resolve human relations, employee morale, work performance, and organizational productivity concerns.
Ensure job description for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate.
Develop staffing strategies and implementing programs and plans. Identify and cultivating effective and appropriate sources for employee for all job levels.
Create employee training and organizational development programs.
Train the middle management staff on the managerial and leadership skills.
Design and supervise the implementation of the training needs assessment process for all managerial levels.
Conduct performance reviews with personnel dept. and monitor employee attitudes, productivity, and performance outcomes.

Managing and supervising a group of academies specialized in offering training programs, consultancies, and projects through 71 offices spread in the Middle East and North Africa, with representative offices in Europe and North America. The Academies offer training in the fields of Professional training, Banking and finance, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, English Language, Chinese Language, training of trainers, Teachers and Managers, Training Consultancies, Project management, Media, Islamic Finance, and Qualifying Translators.

Managing and supervising professional services offered by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization through 71 offices spread in the Middle East and North Africa, with representative offices in Europe and North America. Professional services include Consultancies (business and investment advisory consultancies, restructuring and organizational services, quality management consultancies, human resources consultancies, strategic plans and studies consultancies, and business valuation consultancies), project management, recruitment, and training.

Supervise preparing annual training plan, training proposals, training projects, and training consultancies in Jordan.
Started new connections with various NGO’s, and Private and Governmental organizations in the field of training.
