Implementation, Administration and Maintenance Windows servers 2008/2012
Maintain the integrity of the client Active Directory .
Perform Active Directory administration of user accounts, security groups, and distribution lists.
Configured DHCP server with different scopes to automatically assign IP addresses to systems.
Administration and management of Network Printers and File Sharing.
Administration and Management of IP Telephone System of the Company.
Administration and Management of CCTV System of the Company.
Administration and Management of Access Control System of the Company.
Trouble shooting systems, LAN, WAN and Firewall problems.
Assisting to IT Manager for Day to Day IT Operation of the Company.
Backup & disaster recovery by Scheduling and Managing data backups on Windows Servers.
Manage user accounts on Active directory, granting permissions, managing work groups and updating information as needed
Provided troubleshooting for software systems and system hardware on areas such as IP conflicts, TCP/IP routing, authentication, and related irregularities
Maintained and administered computer networks and related computer environments including computer hardware, system software, applications software, and all configurations
Diagnosed, troubleshot, and resolved hardware, software, or other network and system problems and replaced defective components when necessary
Performed yearly life-cycle replacements of over 130 Dell, HP workstations
Assisted in the transition of all networked workstations and printers to a new domain
I am the main point of contact for users to request IT assistance. Provides customer support services for IT equipment, software, systems, interfaces and networks.
Performs a variety of administrative and Information Technology duties essential to the operation of the organization. Applies a strong working knowledge and understanding of the mission of the organization, administrative requirements, and state-of-the-art software/hardware solutions.
Assists users by troubleshooting problems associated with the use of computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines, and other equipment. Microsoft Office and Windows 7 problems.
Duties include responsibilities for:
•Network Administration/Server Support : Oversees the day-to-day operation of computer networks including hardware/software support, training, and special projects; plans, designs and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems; assists in coordinating special projects including network related wiring plans, LAN/WAN hardware/software purchases, and system installation, backup, maintenance and problem solving; assists in providing network and remote connectivity hardware/software support.
•Upgrades, installs and troubleshoots networks, networking hardware devices and software. Maintains also an up to date documentation about the network topology and architecture.
•Establishes and maintains operational procedures and practices, maintains network security.
•Provide after hours and on-call support on rotation basis including supporting the business 7x24x365
•Maintaining a 2008 Server environment that supports 300+ domain users.
•Maintaining a P.O.S. system that supports 1000 users and 20 retail and F&B outlets
•Printer and PC support and repair
•Daily backups and weekly testing of data
•Responsible for daily reported helpdesk inquiries
•Assist in maintaining wireless networks
•Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders as part of the incident management
•Process to resolve issues in a timely manner.

•Experienced with VPN, Firewalls, Routers, WLAN, Switches,
•Knowledge of electronic data transmission principles, LAN networks, routing fundamentals,
•DMZ design and troubleshooting techniques is essential.

Duties include responsibilities for:
•Monitor, Manage, Administering and troubleshoot servers windows 2003/2008 servers, Active directory, DHCP/ WINS /DNS/MS IIS, 2003 configuring and implementing ISA.
• E-mail/Internet/ Systems Support: Establishes and maintains user e-mail accounts; provides e-mail training and software support; provides e-mail documentation and updates user manual as needed; manages anti-spam and anti-virus servers; researches and troubleshoots e-mail problems by reviewing mail logs, records, and network configurations; establishes and maintains card key access accounts; provides solutions to customer identified problems.
•Telecommunications Support : Plans, recommends and assists in the design of telecommunications systems; researches and recommends telecommunications equipment; coordinates the ordering and installation of telecommunications and data systems equipment and cabling; researches, analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves telecommunications related problems
•Providing technical expertise and platform leadership in areas of WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN and Firewall technologies.
•Develop and oversees the adherence to maintenance and performance standards of data network hardware and systems.
•Develop tactical and strategic plans, standards, guidelines and policies for the network resources
•Coordinate change planning and formal change control process to systems in order to eliminate customer impact
•Ensures that network hardware devices and related procedures adhere to standard and policy as well as compliance regulatory requirement.
•Knowledge of standard cabling technologies such as UTP (Category 3, 5, 5e and 6), Fiber Optic (single mode, multi mode).
•Good Experience with Layer 2 & 3 Technologies: Switching technologies like VLAN's, & switches. Experience with HP networking gear is a plus
