Warehouse Operation Supervisor (Feb 2007 to March 2011)

 Supervised Warehouse operation which consist of 157, 411 square feet with 800, 000 cubic feet
 Supervised and managed 40 employees on different positions (Team Leader, Quality Controller, MHE Operator and Warehouseman), Assigned right people for the right task to achieve the desired targets for the day and ensured efficiency of all the staff members
 Supervised 3, 000 orders activities (Picking, Sorting, Packing and Delivery) on daily basis for different Customers, Loading & Unloading 20 Flatbeds material for Inbound & Outbound
 Monitored 250 Containers loading and unloading per month with proper safety guidelines
 Ensured receipts of 2, 000 New Procurement Items within APL(Accepted Performance Level)
 Ensured the Inventory accuracy meets key performance indicators of 99.9% at all times for 5, 450 line items including Pilfer able & sensitive material, Sustain 95% Volume occupancy and 98% Location occupancy (Rack, Shelving, Bin & Bulk Locations) of entire warehouse.

Outbound Operation Supervisor (Oct 2004 to Jan 2007)

 Executed first (Outbound) consolidation and shipping operation in October 2004 where I managed dedicated outbound team and produced 100% productivity within limited time frame
 Trained whole outbound team of 50 employees on processes of Receiving, Packing, Consolidation, Shipping and Safety rules reflect DOD (Department of Defense) and DDKS contract standards and received appreciations from site management and customer
 Successfully handled 7, 500 orders processing per day with limited staff and achieved 100% task completion without fail
 Established and executed the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of Outbound operation reflect project contracts clauses and added great business values to DDKS contract
