Local Acquisitions:
Localization : Saudization (Accomplished Hiring Saudi's in 8 different job positions with in the budget)
Succession planning for Saudi's to achieve two year retention.

International Acquisition.
Supervise job posting in Taqat.com for visa requirement, providing (upload) necessary documents to justify Visa requirements, Coordination with Finance dept. to pay the visa fee's to acquire visa's after MOL approval.
Coordinating with the placement agencies to provide their quotes for their services.
Skype interviews & country visits to finalize selection after Sourcing and screening by the selected Agencies.
Supervising the bellow steps after selection.
Visa stamping & Arrival in KSA: arranging driver to pick from airport.
