Responsible for sales / marketing to develop in CIS region,
Development of the regional business including custom clearance, warehousing and distribution. Supply chain management solutions with analysing, projection and implementation phases. Market research to access client’s need Supervision after sale. Monitoring all the channels of distribution Meeting with clients. Work on Leads and Tenders Maintain Client Database Work with contractors to carry out the projects. Proactively researching new products Action plans to achieve sales targets
Manage / Control all operational activities. Plan, develop and control operations budget and expenses. Follow-ups the issuance of the Quotations. Manage/supervise the import / export shipments ( Documentation, custom clearance, Origin/Destination Handling, Transportation & Handling at ports/Stations) Working with worldwide carriers/ agents in order to establish strong working relationships for all modes of transport (sea, air, rail & road). Monitor day-to-day export/import/transit related inquiries from agents and customers. Ensuring operations activities meet Company standards. Set quarterly business objectives for Operations team, ensures their achievement. Preparing of Annual Performance & Budget Report for operations. Develops and supports operations team, identifying potential training requirements as appropriate. Ensures effective teamwork amongst team and peers to create a positive working environment. Manages performance of subordinates. Monitor warehouse operations. Carrying out quality assurance control. Preparing monthly reports for jobs and expenses for Finance department
